| This is the standard rear fender and tail light blinker assembly.
Do not chop cut or destroy it. If
you go to trade in your little ninja the dealer will want this thing on
your bike. |
 |
I have discovered a way to remove the
entire assembly and store it in the event that it is necessary to
reinstall it for trade in. We will utilize only the license plate
bracket to produce a more streamlined effect on our sexy rear end. |
| I removed the connectors from the original turn signals and
shouldered them onto the new blinkers with a shouldering iron.
this allows you to plug the new light into
the OEM harness
 |
 |
Un install the entire assembly
by removing the bolts underneath. It is recommended that
you identify the wires with colored tape to make reinstallation
of you new blinkers easier |
| Install the license plate holder
with two "L brackets from the hardware store utilizing the
closest holes underneath the tail light. This will leave room to
attach the license plate and the turn signals together |
 |
For thoes of you wanting to use OEM turn
indicators, I would attach an other "L" bracket and swing it out to the
side >>>> |
When installing the "L" brackets allow them to be a bit loose as
they are not exactly in the perfect spot.
Tighten after the license plate is
installed. You will also need a bit longer bolt than came with the
blinkers.

| There it is!! the cool rear end.
